Hello there. Spent yesterday in Bra (after waking up way too early) at Slow Food Headquarters. Today am in Parma at the European Food Safety Authority, then spending the rest of the day tasting parmesan cheese and proscuitto. Weep for me. Photos and real actual blog posts to come, stay tuned! No internets in the hotel - the privitation is almost unbearable...
